My car failed it's MOT on a longstanding child lock issue and the test centre tried but couldn't fix it as it wasn't a mechanical problem. I took the car to ECS and left it with them. Chris phoned the following day to say they'd fixed it within 5 minutes of looking at it. He didn't even charge me as he said it would have felt dishonest for such a quick job. I'd have had no idea if he'd charged me the diagnostic and labour cost he mentioned when I dropped it off. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.
Chris was fantastic, really welcoming and friendly and fit in the repairs to my car very quickly. They did a fantastic job, I’m so pleased 😁
Went to ECS after my BMW was hit by another car last month. Cannot speak highly enough about the service I received. Chris, the manager was very helpful over the phone in providing me with advice on how to deal with my insurance company even before I’d committed to using ECS. Chris then kept me updated regularly on progress with my insurance co. The workmanship was first class and delivered in the agreed time. Would not hesitate to use ECS again.
Had an excellent experience & service from Chris Arrived at his workshop at 15/7 South Gyle Crescent Edinburgh and was met with a professional & polite approach . I had a problem with my tyres which Chris inspected and assessed quickly with a "no nonsense straightforward approach" - just what customer / client wants. Chris advised the price and the date my car could be seen which we agreed to. I then got back home later to an email confirming the amount quoted & agreed and confirmation of the date for me to return with the car for the repair . Car wheels fixed that day as predicted and again an efficient email sent post the repair confirming payment of their invoice for my records . Chris and his team were extremely helpful ....and consistently portrayed integrity and honesty in all that they did for me . I also found them highly approachable and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Chris for his approach and service Douglas N
