Had my car booked in for annual service and MOT but a few days before this my battery died without any warning. I phoned Eco-test seeking advice and they were so helpful, they gave me the contact details for someone to pick my car up. This was arranged for the same day and Eco-test not only replaced the battery but carried out the service & MOT as well, ahead of schedule. Helpful staff and prompt service.
Brought a B-Class here with 5 warnings lights + other issues. Was trying to resolve all issues to facilitate a good sale of the car. Eco Test were super quick to diagnose, order parts, carry out the work and return vehicle in just a few days. Cost was less that a main dealer. Special mention to Lisa who kept me very well informed of all issues by email and phone. Was able to sell car for a great price, 10/10 recommend would use again.
