What a wonderful garage. I had an issue with the front of my vehicle where the driver side wheel had negative camber unevenly wearing my tyre and pulling to the left. I tried wheel alignment at A line tyres (another fantastic place) but was advised I had an issue with my suspension and recommended to come here. I called Dudley mot centre and spoke to Mike who explained that it could be any number of things such as the shock absorber, the strut mount, the wheel hub, wishbones etc and it would be very difficult to diagnose the exact problem. I really appreciated the honesty and Mike made me fully aware of the risk replacing a part which may not fix the problem. After his advice, I decided to purchase the entire suspension leg from eBay and Mike had me booked in to replace it at an excellent price. I had been quoted more than double at another garage just to give you some idea. I arrived on the day and all the lads were brilliant. Special thanks to Liam who did a fantastic job replacing the defective suspension within an hour or so. I then went back to A line tyres and was glad that my problem had been resolved and all 4 wheels were aligned with no problems at all. I’m not even from Dudley and travelled all the way from Birmingham to get the job done. I could not recommend this place highly enough. Just good old fashioned honest people providing an excellent service to their customers. I would give 10 stars if I could.
