This gentleman is a must use!!! An outstanding individual who always puts his customers first! He has been extremely helpful and professional to me and has delivered a first class service every time I have used him. Nothing is too much trouble and I have always found him to be very knowledgeable and efficient. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. A friend referred me to David, and I'm so grateful they did. David is a talented mechanic, but what really stands out is his brilliant customer service and willingness to share knowledge and help. I saved about £800 using DSTM Motors; as they took the time to listen to me, diagnose the problem, and come up a solution that all the other garages quickly wrote off and insisted upon a complete heater matrix replacement. If you're looking for a good, reliable, honest mechanic in Colchester (or even the surrounding areas), I'd 100% recommend David. I've used him twice now, and as far as I'm concerned, I'm not taking my car anywhere else in Colchester whilst David is around. Thank you, David.
