Sharon was really helpful and thorough from start to finish. She organised a smooth move for my other half's Australian off roader from Rawtenstall to York. Nothing was too much to ask. Sharon was incredibly personable and got the job done. The driver was also really friendly and professional. He was focused on the job, looking after the car and safety was paramount which was most reassuring. DS & Sons Ltd are a really friendly, family run business who clearly haven't forgotten where they have come from and so have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you!
I bought my car to this garage and my check engine light was on. I was booked in fairly quickly and there was great communication from the start. I was dealing with Damien who was professional and was great at communicating. He even rang me for an update after the garage was shut. Any questions I had, he replied or rang me instantly and I was confident my car was in safe hands. Damien also reassured me that if I have any further issues to contact him.
