from 103 reviews on GoogleYou don't get to pick where and when you breakdown, but in a council car park the day before xmas eve might have been a safe 'where' but left a lot to be desired as a 'when'. We rung every one we could think of to help but no one could come out. We had breakdown cover but it had to be done online and 40 minutes after starting the form filling I was no closer to actually putting the request in, let alone have anyone come out to us. And we wouldn't be considered an emergency due to the safe spot we were in. My husband was becoming anxious to get me home as I'd just had a stroke and it was bitterly cold. Our only hope was to see if DDD was still open and could possibly help us. Luckily, it was, and the very nice gentleman v kindly put a closed sign on the door and came to help us with a portable battery charger. He didn't have to do any of that and the fact that he did was beyond generous in our eyes. We asked how much we owed him and he said he wanted nothing. I gave him what money we had on us, which unfortunately, was not as much as we would've liked but I hope he realised how grateful we were. We made arrangements to go back the next day to have a new battery fitted. It was such a relief to have the car in working order before everything closed for xmas, especially with my health. Thank you so much for everything you did for us. It was greatly appreciated.
I am really really impressed. At Luton airport, the car shows an oil warning, 52 miles to home, stressed. Phoned the chap at the shop, no issues or anything, park by the shop, sorted it out no problems and answered all my questions. Will be using them again.

Customer friendly Budget friendly Reliable Today I used their service again after a year. This time he spent his time & effort for me, for totally free of cost. I was willing to pay him, however he happily rejected my payment. Last year I bought a battery from him, today he helped me to swap that battery to my new used-car.
