Had my BMW 520d repaired here by my insurers after my window was broken and steering wheel was stolen. After repair there were a few minor issues, but I took it back and they sorted it. Nice friendly team that work there too. Well done
I was unfortunate enough to be involved in a no-blame incident, but Direct Line promptly put me in touch with DLG Auto Services in Orpington. From the moment I got home, their team was incredibly helpful and professional. Given that my vehicle is over 25 years old, Trevor, a highly experienced representative, personally came out to assess it. His deep knowledge of cars was evident, and he quickly determined that further testing was needed to ensure the car was safe to drive. The team promptly booked it in for a geometry test, which was carried out the very next day. Every person I interacted with was courteous, efficient, and truly understood my concerns. Thanks to their expertise and excellent customer service, everything has now been settled smoothly. I genuinely could not have had a better experience and highly recommend DLG Auto Services to anyone in need of professional, reliable care for their vehicle.

The repair work was done to a high standard, and my car looks and runs as good as new. I was also impressed with how quickly they completed the job, getting my car back to me much sooner than I expected. From the first call to raise an insurance claim for my car damage to the final stage when my car was returned to me, I was very pleased (and a little bit surprised) by the quality and friendliness of all those who I dealt with. Pro active and communicative and professional. I highly recommend them and hope to stay with the same insurer if it means dealing with DLG in the future.
