The staff were brilliant and any questions or queries were answered swiftly and in a great manner. Manager was very welcoming also and made sure all our needs were met. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone, if only google allowed 10 star reviews I would leave that.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Absolutely and by far the best Garage in Carlisle. Nothing is ever too much trouble, everything is done to a really high standard and prices are brilliant. Ben particularly has always been brilliant and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommended!
Very polite and professional garage to deal with, Shaun was very thorough and friendly. Honestly having dealt with garages in the past that fail to communicate effectively this was great! Work was done and dusted in a morning, this garage is on the other side of Carlisle for me but wouldn't hesitate to use them in future, thanks!
Took my outlander PHEV in for a full service. Was told it will be ready 0830 next day all being well. Called the following day at 0800 telling me it was all ready then got offered 4 new tires, this was a blessing as it's due its MOT. Discussed some relevant maintenance that is pertinent to the vehicle . Garage called the day after but I'd been called into work so I went to pick it up on the third day, the guys had kept my car in the workshop to keep the frost off!!! Talk about going the extra mile. I've lived everywhere from Brighton to Carlisle and this is the best garage I've ever used.
Shaun and his team done an excellent job on my little car. They were professional and polite and took the time to explain what was wrong. Well done guys won't go anywhere else.
