The driver was Carl, and he went above and beyond not only to put me at ease but also to arrange everything to get me home back to Tiptree Essex. Thanks, Carl, for all your help. 10/10 without his knowledge and experience, I don't know what I would have done. Many thanks. Andy
I took my car in to get fixed/welded - friendly, efficient, thorough and very reasonable priced. It feels a relief to find a service like this. Definitely recommend them!
I had a knocking sound from the exhaust on my motorhome will traveling near Norwich. I initially phoned a national exhaust group who couldn't help but did recommend Delmonte. Best recommendation they could have offered. Phone Delmonte who agreed to look at it when I could get to them. This they did and once on the hoist and inspected showed me what the problem was. Explained it was a non standard exhaust, as I think many are on motorhomes, but offered a solution in cutting the pipe and inserting new sections, including an estimate of the cost. Repair was likely to take a couple of hours, and our request of potential locations for a coffee and something to eat was also met with an excellent recommendation. Repair was completed quicker that the two hours, that was also reflected in the final.price. What a helpful company driven by the front of house manager who took us through the process. Very thankful for the recommendation from that national exhaust chain.
Top service from this place, great to deal with them. They have MOT’d, serviced and rectified faults on my Motorhome for several years. I’ll be back!
