I had been experiencing problems with my van for a while, what I liked from the get-go was their willingness to help, and in such a friendly, non condescending manner. Their report was accurate and to the point, they told me what it needed, how much it would cost and they carried out the works promptly, exactly when they said they would. We have since had our car serviced with Dekmart and will continue to do so in the future. We have received a first class, reliable service each time, backed by superb pricing and to the point information. Overall, the best garage I have ever dealt with, thank you.
Absolutely blown away by the expertise, knowledge and exceptionally prompt service from these guys. Booked my campervan in for a new turbo, couple of days..... all done. Was kept in the loop regarding costs and time frame. Highly recommend!!
Needed my car topping up with oil, asked one of the guys in the garage if they have a bottle of it to buy, he instead checked my levels and filled it up for me free of charge! He even said if i need a top up again in the future and I'm nearby, he would check it for me again, how generous is that? great service
Absolutely fantastic service. I wouldn't use any other garage They make you feel so comfortable And the work they did on my car was spot on Definitely would recommend
What a great garage, had my car in for an MOT today and had a failure on a few minor items. One of the being the CV joint on my driveshaft. Martin was confident he could fix it to save me money but broke the old one in the process He then brought and fitted a brand new driveshaft free of charge to honour the original quote. What can I say amazing friendly customer service that really goes the extra mile. Thanks guys
