Wonderful staff and great service the only garage I've fully trusted
Deesand were recommended to me, and I've used them twice (for a car and van) in the last 4 months. Really pleased with their service - they clearly know what they're doing and take the time to explain to me what the issue and resolution is (in a way I understand!), transparent and accurate communication of costs, good value for money and great customer service. But the thing that makes them probably the best garage I've ever used is the way they went above and beyond to help me with a particular problem, massive thanks to Shane and the team! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and will definitely be going back!
I had my car booked in for some recommended work after its MOT including a new cam belt and other things, and as my first time using a garage they were incredible helpful and polite. They noticed the car misfiring on a cold start and were very honest and open about what the problem could be and prices for various tests and parts and kept in touch with me constantly with updates until they fixed the problem. What a pleasure to deal with and what outstanding work they did, it feels like driving a new car. I don’t feel anxious about contacting a garage or talking to a mechanic anymore thanks to them. Would absolutely recommend 10/10
