They kindly helped me diagnose my BMW a month ago and found possible issues (which they unfortunately are not allowed to fix). To my surprise, they didn't charge me (even though i volunteered to offer it)! They said they didn't fix anything, so there is no need to charge. I was totally impressed by their professionalism, kindness, and honesty! Huge respect, and I will definitely continue sending my cars for servicing there.
Great service at a good price, definitely would recommend. Had my peugeot seen on short notice after a different garage bodged the starter motor replacement. After explaining the issue at this garage they promptly fixed the car costing me £72 labour. The previous garage became dishonest, at first quoting me £140, then charging me £240 to fit the starter motor and diagnose why it doesn’t work saying it’s not their issue i need the ECU and fusebox replaced.
Honest, reliable and helpful. I’ve been taking my car there for a few years now and they are so much better than the main dealer. They use genuine parts if your car is still under warranty to protect that. You can actually talk to a mechanic and they try to help you, eg recommending the best place to get replacement tyres; when you need them and not before!
I stumbled across this garage a couple weeks ago after asking a few different garages to help fix my headlight issue, one of which quoted me over £200 just to take a look at it. I then drove to this place, where one of the owners fixed it in about two minutes, free of charge. The positive experience made me rethink where I’d get my MOT done because, as a young woman (which shouldn’t matter, but it does), who doesn’t know much about cars, going into garages in the past has felt uncomfortable and confusing, but not here. I then had my MOT done here yesterday, where they did a pre-check to make sure it would pass. I needed some coil springs and shock absorbers replaced, as well as two wheels changed. Everything felt honest, and I didn’t feel pressured into having any of the work done, as I have done in the past, and there also weren’t any surprise add-ons to the invoice, as some garages like to do. The customer service here is beyond compare, and I’m so glad I found these friendly, honest and skilled people! Thanks so much!
Our exhaust fell off on the way to work, and these guys were amazing! Fit us in same day, and got it fixed, even replaced our breaks, and topped up our levels - stayed open late for us to pick it up. Gained yourself another loyal customer - thanks!❤️
