There is a polite gentleman, always smiling, courteous, and professional, who is usually at the reception. Thank you for consistently putting me at ease every time I drop off my car, as it can be a bit daunting to use a different garage. Judith
Recently took a vauxhall corsa d to this garage, competitive pricing and Andy is great. Got the work done quickly and was prompt to contact me. Catalytic converter installed and washer jet replaced. Thanks for your work guys, will be returning.
I am so so pleased with the service provided by DD Autoserve! I had some issues arising from a recent MOT at the garage and they helped me plan and manage getting everything sorted. They had great availability of booking slots and kept me informed of what was happening and with reasonable costings every step of the way, which happily meant there were no unexpected surprise charges or extras that I hadn't budgeted for. They are so utterly professional and explained everything really clearly and patiently despite my non-existent understanding of cars and mechanics! Great all round cracking service, I will definitely be sticking with them and can thoroughly recommend them :)
These people are brilliant at what they do. I've taken my Volvo V50 to them a fair few times for MOTs. Most recently in July I had to take her in for brake pad change and a change of clutch. Did a cracking job and she felt like a new car afterwards. Couldn't recommend anyone more to look after you. Not a bad price, always quick to get the job done and always polite.
I had a problem with a car i bought from a local dealer. DD Autoserve took care of everything from fixing the car to dealing with the warranty company for payment so it was completely stress free for me. Can't recommend highly enough!
