Very helpful, friendly staff and efficient service very happy customer
I had a crisis, engine failure warning on the motorway during horrendous weather, on my way to Thorpe Park for a day out with my son and friend. Clueless about the technical workings of cars and always nervous driving on motorways as it is, I was very worried about the car being safe enough to get us to and home from Thorpe Park. Not local, my friend called round local garages to ask whether anyone could help to look at that car to see if there was an issue with the oil or what the problem might be. D&D were the 3rd company we tried, the only one willing to help. Agreed to see us straight away, checked the oil, no issue, so hooked us up to the diagnostics and confirmed the problem. Sent us on our way with assurance that car was safe to drive and what would need to be done in the short term. More of a rarity nowadays to find honest, helpful and kind firms like this…! These damsels in distress were so very grateful for their help, a local gem !
Great service!! Had body work done and MOT. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I was very happy with the work that was done. Car looks like new. Thank you very much!! Will definitely use in the future.
Fantastic Garage, car started leaking coolant due to a radiator fault, took my car in on New Year’s Eve on short noticed and fixed it within days. Couldn’t recommend enough, will be coming here for all my future car needs.
