As a car owner I have confidence knowing I get what I pay for and need without any added extras and cost
Very pleased with our purchase. I was only thinking about the idea of trading my Van in against a family estate car. I had a good price offered for my vehicle by Rick the sales executive and a very good deal against a newer Astra estate. Monthly payments were actually cheaper than my previous agreement so I opted to cover the finance over a shorter period. All in all very pleased and I will definately be heading back. :-)
Took my son here to collect his first car, we had looked in alot of showrooms previously but when he went to see a car there they were brilliant, John gave him really good service with his purchase and as a first car he wanted to do everything himself. He sorted the finance,was quick to answer any queries that my son had sent him via email and on the day he collected the car after a few final things to sign he got his keys. John had gone out of his way to buy a card for him and put it on his drivers seat congratulating hom on passes his test. What a thoughtful and kind thing to do.
My family have used Days for 40 odd years, all the staff know us by first names. The customer service and personal touch by the staff is unrivalled! Yes its a main dealer and you pay a bit more for servicing but the service and parts staff really do look after their customers and the accountability if and when problems arise is worth every penny. Every car ive sold on ive always had strong money for because of the accompanying service book and invoices stamped by Days.
