Wanted to share my experience, the car was in the Mercedes Main dealer for several weeks, excuse after excuse, and delay after delay in getting to the problem. In the end I contacted David Paul, and had it taken there as I could not wait any longer and pay anymore for "investigation and diagnostics" work. Everything from start to finish was professional, superbly priced, plus superb communication. I had my car back in under a week. Drives perfectly again. Its the last time I go to the main dealer for all our family German cars - David Paul will be my new "go-to" garage. Thank you guys

Great service from both the reception and engineering teams to diagnose and fix a progressively serious braking problem associated with the BMW dsc electronics. Reception arranged for direct discussions with the engineer both before and after the work was carried out, something not easily done at main dealers, and I was kept updated whilst the work was being carried out with all faults being fully resolved. Based on the outstanding service I received I would highly recommend.
