The workshop interior and offices are extremely clean and well presented. The staff are very friendly and polite. Overall, this is a very professional garage and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Had an issue with me Peugeot, I called David Lowe’s garage and was told to bring the car down straight away, they hooked it up, found the problem, ordered the part and driven away within 24 hours! Excellent service, reasonable prices. 5 stars all around, faultless
Popped in with a document from Halfords about issues with my car and the prices it was to fix them. They looked at it and straight away said bring my car in. I did, they fixed all issues listed and for so much cheaper than I was initially quoted! Staff were friendly and service was quick , affordable and above all really good! Thank you, will be using again.
Popped into the garage to show them a video I'd taken of my engine making a ticking noise. Straight away they said to bring the car in and they'd take a look at it for me. From that moment on the communication was excellent, I was kept in the loop at all times and the prices were reasonable & fair. I don't really know much about cars so I really appreciated the time they took to explain things to me & reassure me. Overall a great experience & I would highly recommend this garage.
After a couple of visits to another garage to fix the leak in my car, I spoke with David Lowe garages who knew immediately what the problem was. They fitted me in quickly, and fixed the issue promptly. The charge was also really reasonable and I thank them for their professionalism. I will always use this garage going forward and have recommended to friends and family.
