I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Darren at DS Motors Garage and I cannot commend him enough for his fantastic customer service. From the moment I called, Darren's attentiveness and genuine eagerness to assist were evident, setting a standard that is truly rare in today's service industry. Despite the fact that DS Motors Garage was unable to perform the specific service I needed, Darren went out of his way to guide me in the right direction, ensuring I found the help I required. It's this level of care and commitment to customer satisfaction that deserves recognition. A heartfelt thank you to Darren for helping me out with such a helpful and positive attitude.
I have been a customer for more than 5 years, and this crew runs a tight ship and work hard. Inevitability there have been car related emergencies, and darren has usually found an opening to fix a car to keep us on the road despite being booked months in advance. Not cheap, but all in all good value. Would be even better with an emergency loan car as a cherry on top!
