Darren diagnosed & sorted my issues without fuss, costing me a fraction of the cost I was quoted at another garage to carry out work that wasn't even required. Darren is very skilled & genuine. Have used this garage for over two years now. They completed the servicing, mots, and repairs over this time for my car and have always been up front and honest. My car recently experienced an issue which priced it out of being justifiable for repair and they talked options through and dealt with the situation with compassion. Potential prices were explained and made clear. They encouraged me to think things over and enabled the solution when decided upon. It was refreshing to see. Thanks to Darren and the team!
After having numerous garages attempting to fix my car and a wetbelt gone wrong I went to these guys due to being referred. The first thing they actually done correct was to listen to the issues I’d been having! Most garages don’t listen and therefore don’t have the additional information to aid them. They refitted my wetbelt correctly and told me other works that are required. I will probably use this garage for all future works and can highly recommend them. The young lad Jake is a credit to the company with his service and attention to detail. I have some further bits to do but all being well I will be recommending these guys to everyone with a Ford.
