This time my car failed it’s MOT and I called numerous garages who specialist in engines but no one would look at it - I was giving up hope. when I spoke to DJ Autos the guy was so polite, genuinely interested in helping and spoke to me with respect. Really unusual to have such a positive customer service experience from a garage! He gave me sound advice on the phone and offered to take a look at the complex issue with my car. Would recommend to anyone!
5 star garage, I called the garage today from the West Midlands as my daughter has just started at Swansea uni and she called me with strong smells of diesel coming through the vents in her car, so i called the closest garage to her accommodation and the guy told me to get her to drive by, she called me 1 hour later and they had fix the issue, very helpful…. highly recommended 👍🏻
Superb service, reliable and trustworthy. Managed to get my little pride and joy back on the road again after a failure with the battery and electrics which I thought would be the end! Managed to keep me motoring whilst they sourced and repaired the car and kept me up to date at every step. Would highly recommend!
Fantastic service, went out of their way to help in a timely fashion. Would recommend to anyone and will be getting my business from now on
