Andy assured us he would investigate and sort the issue - and he delivered within 24 hours! What a top bloke. Highly recommended. Honest, hard working and great customer service too.
I would recommend Crypton's service to anyone in Shirley and Solihull for Andy's excellent, customer-oriented services in mechanic repairing, MOT, etc. His works are delivered as scheduled and promised, with no hassle. I would also like to highlight his attention to details and friendliness too. Great guy.
I am a community nurse and my car is essential for my job so when my clutch went I called out the AA who said he would toe me to a garage. We phoned half a dozen garages and no one could do it unless I waited two weeks! Eventually we found Clutchright (Crypton Services) Nicos said bring it in, he ordered the part and it was ready the next day!!! And what a lovely young man too! The price was very reasonable and I would recommend this family business to everyone! Excellent service! Thank you so much!😊 great job 👍
