Thank you to Simon and the team at Thames Avenue a BIG thank you to Amy she took me home and picked me up to collect my car when it was done. Super good experience. Been going here for a few years and only had to have work done recently. They were very friendly and helpful. Simon and Dan made me feel well looked after. I asked for a valet, too, and got tip top results including inside seat washing. My car feels like new and I'm confident the issues have been sorted well and my car will last a few more years without further issues now, as all was explained. Got a free winter kit, too, with my last service. Will return.
The team at Cross Street are fantastic - always ready to go the extra mile for their customers. Whether looking after my own vehicle or my business vehicles they have been superb - would recommend to anyone. Big shout out to the team at Thames Avenue - Simon & Mark, supported by Dan - top work guys.
Simon and his team are absolutely fantastic I took my car in to have new shocks and because the parts didn't come in on time they gave a brand new courtesy car for the weekend for free. The work was completed on the Monday and when I returned to pick up my car they had valeted it inside and out which made my day. They explained everything they had done and my bill was exactly what simon quoted. Cannot recommend enough and will now always use them in the future.
After speaking with Cross Street on the phone about some issues I was having with my car not starting they had me booked in for diagnostics the next day. Having had multiple call outs from RAC prior to this I was feeling really anxious about what was going on. Daniel ran multiple checks and tests on the car to ensure he could give me a solid explanation and repaired the car within 24 hours. The service I received was exemplary and I don’t think I’ll ever take my car any where else again. Highly recommend this garage!
