Hubby just left a review, but I needed to as well. Delighted with the service received here. Steve was great, not patronising but explained what was wrong and what to expect. He was also friendly and happy. Not an experience I've always had when taking my car in to be fixed elsewhere. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
I brought my car in and it was fixed within a day for a very fair price, it may have taken a little longer if the part wasn't as quickly sourced. I will be using this garage in the future as the service delivery is far better then the car manufacturers who like to bump up prices and scam where possible.
Fantastic garage. Prices are great. Very knowledgeable, but take the time to explain. I broke down on Sunday and being new to the area didn't know which garage to get recovered to. A passing man recommended this garage because he takes his Jaguar there. His recommendation was spot on. They diagnosed it very quickly and quoted very competitively. Diagnosed on Monday, car back on Wednesday, and it would have been sooner if VW had kept their word. Final cost was lower than the quote, and so had them do other work I knew needed doing. This garage is a good hours walk from me but I'll be taking my car here from now on. A huge thank you to Steve.
