I recommend to anyone I know who needs a garage for any reason. It’s hard to find a garage you can trust these days but you can trust these guys 100%.
So pleased I found Cranmore Garage last year. Dave and Roger are so helpful and knowledgeable. My car feels great after it's full service and track rod replacement. Thank you guys 🙂
Top folks doing their job honestly and honourably. Always a pleasure to deal with (quite the opposite to my horrible experience with Motorserv UK in the past, you can find my 1 star review there). The only downside is that they are usually booked quite a few weeks in advance — which is a rather good sign, I guess. So plan your visit accordingly.
This place seems to embody really decent values and they take the time to properly look into things. They seem really honest and do not seem focused on profiteering to take advantage of customers, which I have felt several times when using larger chain garages in the local area. They recently helped with a manufacturing defect and did not take advantage of the fact I desperately needed the car to get to work to overcharge me, they only charged me very small reasonable amounts to get to the bottom of the issue. Staff are friendly and helpful, place has an old-fashioned quality first approach feel to it. Will use again for services and MOTs.
