Gave instructions for out of hours drop off when I broke down on the M4 in the evening and had to be towed to the garage, kept me updated at every stage, helped me arrange for my car to be collected (again out of hours) when I couldn't get there. Would definitely recommend.
After calling around multiple places and having no luck I was so lucky to find court vehicle services, Martin helped me really quickly got me in saw me quickly on the same day as calling, I was sorted same day. Thank you so much!
