I was having an issue with my rear brakes after my car had been to the main dealer. Anesh diagnosed the issue very quickly and told me that the repair should be done via the warranty (my car is less than 3 years old); and that the repair had been misdiagnosed at the main dealer. I’m extremely grateful for the advice (especially late on a Friday afternoon before closing). I will be returning to this garage once out of warranty for all future work, I found him honest and genuine which is very difficult to find in a garage. Thanks again for your honest advice and help.
Been having my car service and MOT’d with Anesh for two years now since moving to the area. Always excellent service, and Anesh is transparent and keeps you informed. Also, really great to know. He and the team only recommend necessary repairs to me. They’ve also saved me hundreds of pounds. I asked him to change my brakes because they were squeaking and squealing once they got hot (thus I assumed they were wearing out). But when he inspected them, he said they were fine, they just needed a long drive with some heavy braking to get rid of some minor rust build up. I did this, and now everything is fine. Really happy with this, as well as their ongoing excellent service.
Been taking my car here for years. So honest and trustworthy. I recommend to all of my friends.
Two months after my last visit and review (a different car!) I have to say again how brilliant Anesh and his team have been. Efficient and polite - they check timing and your availability and follow up with calls to update and arrange collection. All totally painless and very competitively priced. Recommend without hesitation.
