Having looked at a few different places to take my vehicle for an exhaust I stumbled upon Coles. Looking at previous great reviews on here I thought I’d give them a call and see if they could do what I was after. The whole process was perfect from start to finish! Andy fitted a cat back exhaust system to my Audi TT that l had purchased myself. Unfortunately the company l bought it from had sent the wrong size connector. Not a problem, Andy without hesitation said he could make one up for me to fit, which he did in no time at all. They didn't change me very much for this extra service and he made an excellent job, showing me his work. Thank you so much Cole's Autotech Ltd. Now I've found you l will not hesitate to use you again.

Absolutely excellent service and the gentleman (Nick) who served me was so helpful and understanding! Suddenly, my vehicle had an issue with the exhaust system that needed fixing urgently as I had to travel to London the next day. The gentlemen were super helpful and inspected the car and said they could fix it within just under an hour! When no other place could give me an appointment in such a short time, Coles went that extra mile to help me on the day itself so I’m very grateful for the humanity and the service offered. Reasonable price and professional. Definitely visit them if I need in future and highly recommend to anyone for vehicle problems. Thank you ! 🙏🏼

Absolutely amazing service! Called for a quote and received one straight away. Was able to book it in two days later for repair. Was fixed by lunchtime. Customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend and will be using these guys for all my auto needs in future!
