We dealt with Simon to get the assessment done, who was friendly and efficient and got the quote over to us that day. After getting the car booked in, they set our expectations on when the car would be ready, and it was ready and repaired on time. The work and the colour match was perfect and to add to the service the car has been cleaned. Everyone I spoke to there was friendly and very customer focussed and, I'd definitely use and recommend Coachwork Renovations in the future
Chose Coachwork Renovations as Insurance and Kia approved, Could not fault as they did everything they said they would, regular updates, accurate time scales and very friendly and approachable staff. Nothing seemed to much or an issue, and most importantly very good repair quality. Looks the same as it before the accident.
My wife’s car went in for damage repair . From the initial contact the courtesy car hand over to the repair and return she was kept updated . Very pleased with the courtesy car which was delivered and picked up . Damage repair was excellent and the car came back clean and tidy . Use this company with confidence although in the nicest way I hope we never have too 😦👍🏾
