From the team at the reception desk, the lovely lady who always greets everyone so cheerfully and she’s very happy to help, which I really appreciate. Also, thanks to Marc Johnson who is always super helpful with all my car services, keeping me updated with the progress and dealing with all the paperwork swiftly. We were taken care of by Chase. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Chase kept us updated throughout the entire process, which made us feel valued and informed. They also took the time to explain any important procedures that we needed to know about, ensuring we were fully aware of everything involved. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership for their excellent customer service and attention to detail!
My second time my vehicle has been in their shop now, and the staff are very friendly and polite. Thank you to chase the lovely lady who brought my baby back into my hands in safe condition and repaired. However, i was told numerous times i would be getting called at specific times to receive updates but that never happened, and i had to make all the phone calls to them to get further updates. Which wasn’t exactly helpful, but not that much of a bother 😀
As a new driver and my first service I was nervous about coming in but I was met by Marc J and he was amazing. He made me feel right at ease and he explained everything in a way that I could understand; He was warm, professional and friendly extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Blessed to have been seen my him today. Thank you and keep up the amazing work!
