They ensured that all of the work was completed urgently and thoroughly, so that I would have my car back in time for Christmas. Nothing has been too much trouble, and they provided updates throughout! They also gave me an emergency contact number in case there were any complications over the weekend. Grace sorted the invoices extremely quickly so that these could be approved by the warranty. I would now alway use City Motors and cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for making a very stressful situation feel more manageable!
I have used city motors for years now and they have always given excellent customer service! They always fit me in when I call last minute and know I can drop in if I have any small quick jobs that need doing which is extremely helpful. I would not use anyone else and think the team are fab
