Despite being booked up with work, the car was checked that night and a replacement bearing was fitted the next morning. They really went out of their way to help, and no nasty surprises with the bill. Highly recommended!
Can’t recommend this garage enough. Went above and beyond to help us. Great staff. Incredibly professional and saved the day for us when we were in a pinch. Very good prices and a genuine honest business.
I can't thank these guys enough—they were an absolute godsend! Our auxiliary belt snapped during a long journey from Scotland to Wales, leaving us stranded. Despite being fully booked, Philippa and the team went out of their way to help. They understood the urgency of our situation, with my wife, three children, and me all in need, and they managed to squeeze us in. Not only did they get us back on the road quickly, but they also charged an extremely fair price. Their kindness and professionalism were indeed a lifesaver.
Come up from Peterborough in my camper engine light come on spoke to the guy at city garage instead of trying to get work from me he told me what to do to resolve the issue which i followed his advice, its all good now and saved me a minimum of £300 to £400 as quote by a regional garage. Never have I got such fantastic customer service. mate your one in a million and for that reason you have my total respect thankyou
I needed an M.O.T at short notice. I contacted City Garage and they managed to fit me in !! My car needed a few things sorted and they did all the jobs in one afternoon and got my car a pass! Not only was the work done swiftly and to a high standard but my care was immaculate when I went to collect it !! Fantastic friendly service and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
