Absolutely great service. Had an issue with my car and there sorted it out within two days, even when they were extremely busy. I always go back to them.
Needed both wing mirrors replacing after they were vandalised. The owner was very thorough, he reviewed the damage and only bought the essential parts which kept the cost down. They also topped up all of the fluids, did the tyre pressures and reset warning lights (from old issues that were now fine) for free. I will be going back here. ☺️
Bought a car from Chicos a few years ago, had one issue that was sorted at their garage free of charge within 48 hours. Went back for all future servicing and MOTs, always friendly and reliable chaps. Very reasonable MOT prices, they even gave me a decent bit of advice on some issues I was having with another car. I wouldn't use anywhere else in Plymouth.
Alan is stubbornly honest, and will fix your car problem optimally at unbeatable prices. He will give you the best advice, even if that is to take the vehicle to the dealers should that be appropriate. After several trips to him, I trust him implicitly. May he flourish in his business.
Just purchased my car from Chico’s and experienced a fault. I called the sales team and Phil arranged for the car to be booked in and repaired the same day. They dropped me home as no courtesy cars were available and delivered my car home after it was repaired. 5 star service! Thank you 😊
