They are always ready to help and ready to answer anything you ask them. It is very hard nowadays to find someone that is honest and does a good job on your car, but Rick and Russ are definitely the people for that. I am glad I found them.
Chestermans Garage is very quick, professional and does an amazing job. They have good communication and will keep you updated throughout. I highly recommend them. I am glad we have someone this good and professional in Reading.
Great experience - a difficult job was done really fast with excellent results. The car was worked on throughout the day and into the night. I have been going to Chestermans garage for years. This time, Rick and Russell excelled themselves. They saved me £1,000 on a clutch, compared with one of the national chains who told me (wrongly) that I also needed a gear box. Plus, the work was fast and efficient and the guys are always so clear and straightforward about the work they're doing. I would recommend them to anyone!
Rick & Russell did a great job fixing a bumper scuff on our i4. They did a quality job very quickly for a good price and were a pleasure to deal with.
