Unfortunately my car did fail it's MOT but they were very open about what the issues were, how much it would cost and informed me that I would not have to pay for a new MOT test after the work had been done as it was within the re-test time frame. It was quick and easy to book my car in and the staff were all pleasant and informative. Would definitely recommend them and their MOT cost is only £45! Thank you!
Outstanding customer service at a great price from Zoe, Kevin and all the team at Chaplins. After a bad & expensive experience at a local dealership I was recommended Chaplins and was so impressed with how kind & helpful everyone was. My Peugeot 208 had an emissions fault which was repaired the same day for a fraction of the cost quoted by the dealership. I highly recommend this garage & will definitely be using again. Thank you Chaplins!

Great service. Passed my cars MOT in a few hours, when other garages let me down.
Take my car here for MOT every year. Needed some work doing following this years MOT. Looked at prices of parts and cost of labour and had a figure in my head. The final bill was cheaper than I expected! Very fast turnaround, reliable and friendly team as always 🙂 see you again next year!
