Really knowledgeable and clearly has a passion for the brand, cars and what he does so you know your car is in safe hands. Don’t confuse this with a standard garage, he uses all genuine MB parts/fluids and does things by the book and can maintain service history using the Merc online service log. Just picked up from having some routine work and as always, get a thorough run through of what was done and any other little details that he’s spotted or may need to keep an eye on - same when I had my first service there, luckily all things I was aware of but shows he’s genuine and not looking to do work for the sake of it. Wouldn’t go anywhere else if I can help it, certainly choose CH Cars over main dealer - same knowledgeable service but with a smile and without the price tag! Thanks Craig & Lindsay!
I highly recommend CH Cars of Bath as a reliable, trustworthy Mercedes-Benz specialist. I took my car for an interim service and MOT because I was shocked by the main dealer prices. I am so glad that I did, as I got an honest assessment of exactly what needed doing. Plus, exceptional service, for an incredibly reasonable price. My DSB (Digital Service Booklet) was also updated, so my car’s official service history remains intact. I will definitely be back again.
Recently took my car in to CH Cars after getting fed up of my local Mercedes main dealer. I couldn't be happier with the service, CH Cars are very friendly, upfront and honest about what needs doing and what can wait. You get the main dealer treatment you'd expect without the main dealer 'BS'. I will definitely be taking my car back to them in future. Thanks guys, very happy with the service.
Had a service and MoT done at CH today. Delighted with the services they provided, their honest approach ("don't change those brake pads - they're only 60% worn") and their price - get your own quote and then compare it to the main dealer... you'll see what I mean! Checked the Mercedes app and it now shows 365 days to go for the next service (CH have access to Mercedes' systems). Only apparent downside is that they're slightly hard to find (they share a yard with Rawlings Horse transport which is better signposted). Thanks to Lindsay and the rest of the team.
My SLK had a smell of fuel in the cabin, the guys at CH Cars had it rectified in no time. I highly recommend this business if you are looking for someone to deal with any problems you may have with your Mercedes vehicle
