Went for a quote on the 13th which was a good price as far as I was concerned. Once I had discussed with the offending driver in the office what was happening with getting it sorted, I rang up on 24th at about 14:45 to book the car in and was told to bring it down the next morning. I dropped the car off at 08:10 and picked up my courtesy car. I then got a call at 15:45 to say that the car was ready to collect. Pleasant, friendly and efficient service all round. Hopefully I won't need their services for a good while but if I do, I know exactly where to go. P.s. Meeting the surprise office dog Louie just made the experience better 😁
I had a dent on my car and I needed to fix it so I contacted century auto for a quick quote. I scheduled a day to drop off my car and I was able to pick up my car the next day. My car looked perfect after the fix, can’t even tell there was any damage to the body of the car. I would have left a 5 star review but I’m leaving 4 stars because I wasn’t offered a courtesy car and I had to walk home in freezing temperatures. Other than that, Century Auto Refinishers know their stuff!👌
Really good work from them and at a very reasonable price. They even provided a courtesy car and washed my vehicle as well. Main dealer level service at a reasonable price and without having to wait weeks to get booked in.
The wife had a fight with a lamp post, and damaged the back right side of the car. so got in touch with Century Auto to see if they could repair it for me. There where really professional. I received a good price for the work to be done on the car. I have just picked it up from work, all I can say is what a great job they have done. Really professional. thank you so much really happy.
Absolutely superb and friendly service from initial enquiry to vehicle collection. I severely damaged the side sliding door of my VW T6 Camper. I took it to a body shop where I had previously had some work done, but unfortunately the scale of the repair was beyond their capabilities. Looking at online reviews I came upon Century Auto Refinishers. A quick phone call and I was given a time for an assessment. This was carried out by Phil who exuded the experience and knowledge of owning and repairing VeeDub campers that I was looking for. This gave me huge confidence that the work would be carried out to the highest of standards. I dropped the vehicle off on a Tuesday and was given a courtesy car for the duration of the repair. I received a phone call on the Friday morning giving a time for collection. The work done is exceptional and I think my door and filler flap are actually better than the originals. I cannot rate this company and all its staff that I dealt with highly enough. Thank you Century.
