I've never had a problem, always an excellent job done with good communications as well. The workshop is always clean and tidy, which is always a sign of a good garage. I was referred to CPP a year or so ago when I needed an MOT urgently and the garage opposite took it and referred to Simon for repairs. Today I had issues with the back window being stuck down and despite being busy he offered to squeeze it in. Simon is polite, trustworthy, professional and everything you need if you want your car fixed.
Simon is an excellent mechanic, really knows his stuff, great customer service, fair prices and fitted me in for a MOT fail repair at short notice even though it was obvious he was very busy. Been a customer for ten odd years and never let me down.
Have taken my car here for various things from service to repairs and always had a brilliant and friendly service. Work done promptly and communication from mechanic has been good. Would definitely recommend, especially to people who might find taking the car to the garage a bit daunting!!
The only place I trust to look after my cars (both modern and classic), best service I've ever received, honest, trustworthy with great communication and fair prices.
