George was very patient and thorough in explaining to me what the technicians and mechanics had diagnosed, and explained the pros and cons of my options. There was no hard sell or any attempt to dazzle me with jargon. I think that these guys put a high premium on trust. I also really appreciated the health check with photos that they do whenever they put the car up on the ramp. It's very informative and alerts you to problems early on.
I used Cedar garage to replace my Mercedes brake pipes whilst I was on holiday in Worthing. The garage was recommended by a friend and on first engagement with them I understood why. They were able to get my car in and diagnose the fault very quickly and gave me a full breakdown of repair costs and timelines. There was a curtesy vehicle available that I hired whilst my vehicle was being repaired and I was updated as the job progressed so I was fully aware of the progress and asked to authorise all additional work so there was no surprises. The staff are very friendly and helpful and having functioning brakes for my return journey to Scotland was fantastic. A great garage that I would highly recommend.

Serviced and did health check on Mini hybrid. No shocks or ‘you need to get this and that done’. Actually commented that the car was well looked after and in sound condition. Great service and communication and very pleasant and friendly staff. Every conversation with them has been a pleasant experience. Would recommend and will certainly use again.
My first visit to Cedar Garage was well organised and courteous. Good with their communication and they dealt with the with the problem I had with my A3 professionally and fairly. I will certainly return for future servicing and MOT.
