Booked for a MOT and service the car was booked for the full day. Great news was that although I had already approved changing the brake fluid if needed, tests showed it was not necessary saving nearly £60. More Great news was the car ready early and we could pick the car up and get back on the road for another year. Many thanks to all involved.
Just been and completed the car purchase with Jonnie Wilkinson at Carbase. He has got to be the most pleasant, polite, helpful and genuine person I have ever dealt with when making a car purchase. I bought a car through car base and when I had an issue post purchase (not carbases fault I might add) I dealt with Lisa Dibble in their customers services department. Lisa was so patient, knowledgable, and helpful. I would not hesitate to buy from Carbase again. Thank you Lisa you’ve been absolutely amazing!
I talked last week on call and the staff treat me very well. She told me everything nicely . I am glad that I bought my first car from Carbase being a foreigner to this country people are very nice here.
