Car had a broken gearbox, delivered it to the garage out of hours, brilliant communication and Mark couldn't do enough to find the best and cheapest solution to get me going again. Less than a week and my gearbox has been reconditioned and I'm back up and running again. Would highly recommend.
I cannot recommend Mark and his team enough. So honest and helpful. He gave me advice over the phone when no-one else could fit me in to look at it. Looked at it the following day and told me what part to order for hundreds less online. Then fit me in at short to fit the part. Top notch - will use again!
Had a coolant leak that a previous garage told me was a head gasket .... I think because I'm a lady but when I took it here to Marks garage it was nothing of the sort, honest guy , he repaired my car in record time and a great price to. Will 100% be going back for any future work and as a lady felt very comfortable with him which you don't often get with garages. All round top service
Mark was wonderful in taking care of my 335i’s OFHG leak that was plaguing me to no end. Job was quick, reasonably priced and done really well and he did a great job explaining the details of what was replaced and any details surrounding it. Would 100% recommend this garage and I will continue to use them as I stay in Reading.
