from 52 reviews on GoogleI've used Rich and the team at CCR for various issues relating to my car over the past four years, everything from pads / disc changes, MOTs, Healthchecks, to investigative work and fault cleardowns, and every time they have been great. I had a strong vibration coming from the front end on acceleration and Rich said it was probably a knuckle loose on a driveshaft - but it was anyones guess whether it was left or right. They investigated and decided it was left and unsurprisingly, they were right. New driveshaft installed, fault fixed. 18 months later, another vibration problem but this time affecting the steering, which Rich again investigated and suggested it could be a compromised CV boot, and negotiated excellent terms to replace the component. Again, fault fixed. Never had a problem dealing with, very accomodating, knowedgable and helpful team. 5 stars for both professionalism and service, thank you
I came across car clinic through google and saw the good reviews , I have to say all staff were very professional and polite , Richard worked along my needs for needing my car for my job and sorted my car out for me , it did not turn out to be what he first thought but kept me informed through out the whole process , snd my car feels great again . Thank you car clinic , will definitely be recommend
I've been looking, for sometime, for a reliable, trustworthy, reasonably priced, dependable mechanic and garage to service and MOT my car. In Richard, of Car Clinic Redditch Ltd., I have found just what I was looking for and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others, in a similar situation to what I was in.
I was recommended by a couple of friends and now I know why. Richard is a lovely guy, great service, he was so accommodating with me working and the school run to do. I got a fail and pass, he fixed my headlight bulb for free. If you want an honest, friendly and quality MOT/anything go to Car clinic, you won't regret it. Richard if you see this thanks for a great service, orange corsa x
