These guys have helped me and my wife out today at very short notice and fixed our car again the same day so we could get it mot’d. Always go above and beyond for their customers with their service and also great value as well. Highly recommend these guys!
I recently had the pleasure or taking my car to the Car Bar and Wheel Spa. It’s rare to find a garage today that treats your car as if it’s their own, with respect and care. At one point a wheel cover became stuck and the technician let me know what was going on and asked me to remove it so as to not damage my car. A lot of places would have broken it off and just not cared but the team here showed me and my car respect and I appreciate that. The work was done flawlessly. I was having all 4 tyres replaced. The team at Car Bar and Wheel Spa took their time to do everything right and not rush things. They listened to my requests and made sure to use jack pucks to raise the car without damage. They dialled in and used the correct torque to tighten every nut and for the first time ever, this garage understood what the dot on the tyre means which is ‘this is where the air valve goes’. The garage was very clean and tidy and all the staff were very polite. There was a waiting room that was clean and tidy with sweets and Netflix while your car is being worked on. The staff offered drinks several times and there were customer toilets. A great garage with great service. I cannot recommend the Car Bar and Wheel Spa enough. I’m not the only one that thinks this way either as it’s very busy and you need an appointment, so call first :-)
1st time customer. Excellent value on the Michelin tyres, made up I went there. Phoned up to see if they had what I wanted, they ordered in the tyre I had asked for , went in the afternoon to have it fitted. All staff where really friendly. A professional job by all. Recommended, worth a phone call and a visit. I will be back when the time comes for a tyre replacement, no problem.
I've used this garage many times; the staff are really friendly and helpful. I used to use a mobile garage service, which always ended up damaging my car. So, I decided to switch to this garage. They handle my car with care and return it in perfect condition.
Very good pleasant reception got job don so quick fixing my tire will call again and tell my friends.
