Someone drove into the front end of my Mum and Dad's car and drove off, leaving them with a huge hole in their wing, a horribly scratched bumper and a chunk out of their tyre; the car coukd not be driven. My mechanic gave me C and R's number and I'm so glad he did! They were amazing! Firstly, the service was brilliant. They came and collected the car; sorted all of the body work; colour matched it perfectly; sorted the tyre; polished the whole car; and returned it to my Mum and Dad, who were thrilled. Secondly, considering the quality of the workmanship, we felt they were very reasonably priced. Furthermore, Carl and Julian were just lovely. Extremely friendly, courteous and professional. Their customer care is fantastic. We would happily use them again and will be recommending them to all our family and friends. Thank you so much.
I’ve used this garage twice, Once for body work repair and a second time for a full paint job on my 41 year old classic car. The quality of their work and attention to detail is amazing, there very professional and friendly. I think the business has been open for 50+ years and you can tell they are experienced and really know there stuff. Julian has a genuine interest in cars and also takes care with the jobs he’s taking on and is happy to give you advice and knowledge if you have any questions or concerns. Carl takes pride in his work and is happy to work on different and challenging vehicles like my car was. When I asked how the work was done he was happy to take me through the process step by step as was Julian. They kept me updated on the progress of the work my car was having whilst it was in there possession. They offered me the best price around and I’m certain they provided the best service in the midlands. 5 star review if I could I would give them more! and I will definitely be returning to them for future work.
