Their mechanics are highly skilled when it comes to Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Ford & Volkswagen, which has been proven time and time again to their customers. I would recommend their services to anyone with a faulty vehicle. They are efficient in both their diagnosis and resolution given their superb relationships with parts dealers.
Great experience even if the car could not have been repaired (at least not for reasonable price for the value). Stuart kept me updated, explaned pros and cons, and never made me feel rushed to make informed decision. Highly recommended!
Saved our honeymoon last year! We can never be grateful enough for the service we received from these guys. Long story short, on our first day of our honeymoon, with two children under the age of 3, our clutch went. This was a bank holiday Friday and we were due to be at Center Parks on the Monday, before heading to Scotland for the remainder of our holiday. The owner, agreed at 4pm on the bank holiday Friday to come back to the garage in order to replace our clutch. After one night in a holiday Inn, we were amazed to discover that the van was ready at 2pm the next day.completely saving our honeymoon and a very long trip back to Hastings. When we collected it, they went even more above and beyond by greeting us with complimentary wine and chocolates to celebrate our honeymoon. Words can’t describe how eternally grateful we are to have met these guys who were all so lovely:. Haven’t had a problem with the van since either. Thank you guys so much!
Absolutely superb. Would highly recommend. Carried out major timing belt service on my transit custom. Friendly, efficient, professional service and very competitive prices. A credit to the motor industry. Many thanks
Great service! Recently had an engine management light come on for a very common issue with a DPF vaporiser on my Ford Mondeo. After struggling to find anywhere that could fit me in quickly (I use the car for 60 miles plus per day commute) I eventually found C J Auto Service who could fit me in just a few days later. Service was quick and efficient, and had the car back within a couple of hours from drop off with a brand new vaporiser fitted and the engine management light cleared. Highly recommend!
