We went to B&W on the off chance that they might be able to respray the corner of our bumper. We were tight on time but they made the effort to fit us in that day. Damien said they could have it done by 5pm but rang us early to let us know that they had managed to get it done. We picked it up and you wouldn't know that there had been any damage at all. Top class service, would highly recommend.
Totally let down. Booked a wheel in to be repaired before Christmas as the car was needed over the Christmas period only not to be updated on the repair ( as promised) and it not being repaired at all. Had to pick the wheel up 3 days before Christmas to try and get repaired elsewhere. UPDATE. Thank you Mark for the generous offer, I fully except no one is perfect and sometimes these things happen and your response to my issue is a sign of a good company. I’d like to take you up on your offer when it’s convenient.
I contacted B&W following a recommendation from my local garage in Tunbridge Wells (Formula One) for my alloy wheels refurbishment. I was pleased that they undertook alloy wheels/cosmetic body work insurance jobs as I was covered for this. Communication was great! I dropped off my vehicle and they even had one of their staff drop me off at the train station to get home. Vehicle was picked up the following day evening and my wheels looked brand new. Special thanks to Mark & the team for the great job done. I 100% recommended them and I would be returning back to have some more work done on my vehicle.
A great small Kent company that offers a quick turnaround. They provided an excellent refurbish on 4 alloy wheels recently, taking away all the curb scratches and brought back close to new. They offer a great service and prices and can also repair body work. Definitely recommend this place. Before and after shots attached.
