I initially took my car to another mechanic who installed my prop shaft in the wrong direction, put one of the couplings on backwards, and even removed my heat shield without replacing it. My car was running rough, and I was left with a mess that I wasn't sure anyone could fix. Then I found Jason, who turned out to be an absolute lifesaver! He not only installed my prop shaft in the correct orientation but also changed the center bearing (as that had been damaged) and couplings with precision. He even replaced the missing heat shield that the previous mechanic failed to reinstall. Jason’s work has my car running smoothly and perfectly again, and it feels as good as new! Jason’s attention to detail and expertise truly saved me. I’ll definitely be sticking with him as my go-to mechanic moving forward. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and highly skilled mechanic, Jason at BW Autos is the one to call. Thanks so much! James
I have been coming to these guys for various works on my 320i (major service, brakes, radiator, fusing, diagnostics, drive train) and they have exceeded my expectations every time! Jason holds a wealth of knowledge and experience on BMW’s and is always patient in explaining the mechanics and pricing. Mustafa is also excellent. He is highly skilled, knowledgeable and professional with exemplary customer care - it is very rare to find a mechanic that has both! Easily the best BMW garage in London. I have wasted thousands of pounds at countless others, including Berry BMW Heathrow, on my drive train warning. These guys were able to diagnose the issue and solve it for a 1/4 of the price Berry quoted me No problem is too complex. On a separate issue I had with my cars radiator grille, Jason and his team found solutions when the plan A did not go as expected while keeping me in the loop and managing my expectations with transparency. This was still dealt with timely and for a reasonable price for the genuine BMW parts used and their efficient and skilled labor These guys know their German cars inside and out. The value and care they hold for customers vehicles is impeccable, equal is their service toward the customers. I recommend BW Autos for their expertise, trustworthiness, honesty and attention to detail Thank you guys!
Great garage… clearly very knowledgeable across many BMW models at a fraction of the price you’ll pay at a franchised dealership. Had my car in for a simple inspection which Jason completed within the hour along with a list of advisories/ service options going forward. Honest, friendly and professional. Would definitely return here if I run into any issues!
My BMW X5 E53 had a power failure while on the outside lane of M3 in the dark. I called BE Autos and they said no problem, drop it in. I had it recovered to BW Autos and they brought and installed a new alternator same day. Great service. The staff are helpful and the owner (Jason) is friendly and personable. I will be back here for work on the E53 for sure.
Extremely grateful to Dom, car broke down due to overheating called BW and he told me to get it over to him. Multitude of hidden sins found, from water pump, to rocker cover leak and failed vanos, plus a few more. He done everything he could to get me back on the road as quick as possible, tried to minimise cost as much as possible and even sorted my warranty claim. Very thankful, amazing service :-)
