If he is not able to do the work he will ask you to take it to the dealer. I would take my car to him again for the easier work such as battery changes, tyre changes and diagnostics etc… Thank you Wayne.
We were told we need a whole new seat for our car that would’ve cost several hundreds of pounds, but he welded ours for £40. It then passed the MOT, he’s honest and always gives advice over the phone instead of trying to get rid of you, very quick, efficient and helpful, would recommend
Wayne is brilliant! I’ve had lots of issues with my car over the years and was initially using another garage who I had a poor customer service experience with. I googled other garages, found Bridge Street and now won’t go anywhere else. Wayne always takes the time to explain what he has done and where costs come from which I find really useful.
Wayne is absolutely wonderful and so reasonably priced. I was quoted a super high price from another garage after my MOT and was ready to scrap my car. However, he was able to break down the certificate and advise what each thing was, costings and whether they needed doing. and he then fit me in for the work within a few days. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.
We were recommended to Wayne by a family friend and are very glad we were. He diagnosed the issue with my Wife's car quickly and did the repair at a fraction of a previous quote we'd had. Safe to say, Bridge Street Garage will be our go-to garage from now on.
