Diagnosed quickly and was updated with phone calls and consulted before additional parts ordered, and costs were made clear to me throughout. Very pleased with clear communication and quick turnaround time. Labour, parts for new gear box and clutch came to just under a grand which considering the age of my car I felt was reasonable (no prior experience of this but I googled to see what average costs might be).
I have visited bridge autocare a few times with my car, every time I have visited I have trusted the work that is being done on my car and the team have explained it well. I had an issue with my car but could not explain it very well I got booked in very quickly and the next day I had a diagnosis and a quote for the work that needed to be done. The amount of detail and attention they pay to the car is great, they also pay attention to the whole car and if they notice another issue and give you the option to have these fixed or replaced or give you them as an advisory.Very reasonable pricing Definitely recommend
Exceptional service from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my car was serviced efficiently and effectively. Their expertise and attention to detail truly sets them apart and I felt confident in their recommendations and appreciated their transparent communication throughout the process. Highly recommend!!
After being quoted an extortionate amount by main dealer to replace my clutch I did some research and found bridge auto. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend them. Thank you guys!
Good prices. Fitters very experienced. Very fair prices. They do exactly what they say. Very good customer service. Would highly recommend. I have been going to them with my vehicles for a couple of years now and Very happy with their service.
