I recently had the unfortunate experience of being hit from behind, but thanks to Mary, the receptionist, the entire repair process was completely stress-free. From the moment I walked in, Mary was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. She made sure everything was arranged smoothly for the collection day and kept me updated throughout the process. When I picked up my car, I was absolutely amazed it looked even better than before the accident! The cleanup and detailing were of exceptional quality, making my car feel brand new. Mary truly went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, and I couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re looking for outstanding customer service and someone who genuinely cares, Mary is the person to go to. Highly recommended! 🚗✨
Exceptional service which surpassed my expectations. My car went in for an insurance claim but it had other damage (previously caused by me!!) I was provided a separate quote for the damage I had caused which was so much more reasonable than a previous quote. The work was completed on time and the customer service received from Mary and Kev was outstanding. I would 100% recommend Brian Robson Coachworks. Thank you so much!!!
My car went in after being hit badly at the back. Collected the car looking brand new again, well cleaned and smelling like new again. The service during collection was exceptional. Thank you Farrah, you were amazing. Keep up the good work team.

Thanks for his persistence when I was unavailable for communication and his friendly and personable manner when I came to pick up the vehicle.
