Thanks to Bridget & Mike in dealing with our fleet of vehicles over the last several months . Customer service is second to none! Convenient and reliable where all work is carried out wherever the customer is, all this at a blooming good price! As a woman who has been to different garages in the past and been talk down to by their staff, it was very refreshing to note this business is not like that at all. They are very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable, with engineer Reece taking the time to show and talk me through the issues that he had found. No doubt we will be back in touch soon! I was working locally, about 2 hours from home and my caliper seized. The team came straight to me to diagnose the problem. Had the parts and vehicle repaired within the space of a few hours. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful, and they didn't take advantage of my situation with the price.
I had a top class job done on my Q7. Michael and his son arrived promptly on a Saturday morning, my choosing, and did a fantastic job of replacing all four discs and pads, including sensors. Michael even went that bit extra and cleaned my hand brake hub and shoes whilst he was round the back. Would definitely use again and will definitely recommend. No hassle no fuss, price as quoted and no hidden little add ons. Superb service.
Another fantastic service from these guys 5* fast reliable honest It's great having a company you can trust for your car. This time I had and oil and filter change very competitive price I would fully recommend and will be using them again in the future. Thanks
